the culture is good, friendly atmosphere.

there is no equality in salary packages. Work satisfaction is limited. After being loyal to company situation is still the same. If you are still joining the company do not get relaxed keep trying for new job because growth rate is poor. In last one year almost almost 8 employees left the company and 3 of them left within one month of joining. Now the decision is yours.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Nothing to like. Management is worst. only managers and higher post people are earning and growing. no growth to executive, sr. executive level. all hard work are done by them and management just sits and enjoy and do nothing.

Everything. The worst choice of my career is to join rich. they treat you like slave and fool you by doing fake promise of promotion, increments. Favoritism and partiality is on peak. Managers must need to be change otherwise Rich will soon beacome Poor.

There is nothing to like about this organization. Very toxic work culture. no respect for employees. Management is aware about the issues raised by employees, but they have not taken any actions. One of the Department VP - toxic as hell.

No respect. Below the belt jokes on personal life and skin colors. body shaming is done in open forum. and the mangers laughs on such jokes.
