Everything like tremendous office politics, poor appraisals or promotions, unnecessary salary cutting, horrible HR Policies and mal leverage of few permanent old staffs all over the group.

Likes

Work culture of the organization is so good. New management is not good enough, they just fool around their higher management to save their job only, they don't love the organization. Company policies is good. This company was a very good place to work few years ago i.e. before 2017. now it is average. Those who loved the company, have left.

Dislikes

Salary growth is slow for lower level. Job security is no longer after 2017.

Leave policy is good enough.Salary happens on given time but salary deduction happens even for 1 min for 3 days late for general employee.Exception happens too but depends.

Discrimination stategy in eyes of Top Boss cum owner for special Reference only.He try to remain strict to his few peculiar policy which may be sometimes meaningless to implement.Not accessible to employee except few of his likings only.Chairman is obessed to personal liking not a good employee.Having strong attitude problm without a proper stategy.

...lleagues become a lifetime friends. There is multidirectional growth oportunity. Salary was satisfactory.

Dislikes

Very big strenghth of classroom , sometimes 100 students in a class, so one need to be well knowledgeable and prepared for that class, homework is required for every class, students always challenge you. For male faculties travel is more, you need to be in many places within a week. Travel allowance is there but less.( as per 2009) parks are not there as much.

Terrible company to work with, if you do not meet the daily admission target, the zonal head will abuse you like anything. There is no peace of mind.even sundays they will ask you to work.
