I just love the organization as it is a package of opportunities for someone who is willing to learn technology in a proper and guided way so that one can master and set standard for another.The company standard is really commendable.

As my role has evolved and I've taken on more responsibilities, my salary has not kept pace. I feel under-compensated for the additional workload and expectations placed on me. The promotion process here seems inconsistent
