1. most worst company 2. neptune, NPT team is the most worst amongst all, apollo may be better. 3. full of politics, favoritism and partialities. 4. beware of this company before joining, if anyone holding offer. and don't join. 5. hire and fire policy. 6. not a company to settle for long time.

Good work life balance. Decent pay pacakage.

Dislikes

... on their junior folks in development teams. But their junior folks are leaving. They should have relied on their senior guys and given good package. I hope they understand for product development/management and evolution, only senior guys can be reliable and helpful.

It's a good place for freshers to learn and grow. Very good exposure across the teams. Good place to develop your skillsets

Some we feel same old ways are followed rather than adapting the latest trends in market.

The best part of my job is the opportunity to constantly learn and grow. I'm exposed to new challenges regularly, which helps me develop both professionally and personally. I enjoy the collaborative environment in my workplace.
