Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Nice company to learn lots of think and Owner Mr. Amit and Mr. Nitin are best. Good Suprroting Nature . Overall culture is average. Everyone textile person should be work once in life to get bit and Sweet taste.

Dislikes

Merchandiser team are not too much supproting as other company. This is my Personal experience. May be it could be different for others. No bonous is also dis-like issue.
