The culture is great, a supportive, collaborative environment, which is driven and embodied top-down. Ample opportunities and support to continue learning, which is generally a challenge. As you grow more senior, you are expected to figure things out on your own. But the environment for learning has been great, and the company has supported me in my attempts to continue learning and improving. Finally, having the option of working from home has been a huge boon to my work-life balance. I am not struggling through traffic everyday. This gives me time to spend with my family and is a tremendous boost to my mental wellbeing.

Dislikes

We're a small company so we're still figuring out our ways of working. But on a positive note, this is a great opportunity for everyone to influence and co-create that way of working.

Likes

1. Culture: It is very difficult to emphasize how amazing the working environment is. 2. Organisation structure: Flat structure allows freshsers to communicate ideas freely with more experienced employees. 3. Learning opportunities: solving a new problem everyday, with proper guidance allows for a steep learning curve. 4. Work Life Balance: semi - Flexible work from home conditions allow for a good work life balance.

Dislikes

Its a young startup which means there is not a lot of brand awareness at this point, but there is work under progress on that front.
