All the working in Rhythsoft is good, you will get salary mostly on time and the staff is quite helpful and supportive. Your seniors (control department) is much helpful and guide you, provides online support if needed.

Overall management is bit poor, a biggest draw back is working culture is quaint and poor. There is no proper managing system for projects and work. This makes the individual under pressure sometimes and decrease their will power to do work with full enthusiasm.

They do not supporting during covid-19 lockdown. Poor company policies. Average salary growth and bonus every year, they are not release increment arrier easily.

HR policies are worse kind of anything, they are always keep clutching on our finance if it is our allowance or it is about pending money release, salary arrier. Can't recommend at any cost.

Improper planning of project dispatch and poor management of site situation... There are no any robust person who controls each and every site situation... Site person has to suffer a lot between customer and supplier about pending work from manufacturing/design level...

Extremely poor HR management.. Director should FIRE The HR.. She does harassment of hardworking employee.. She will apply all company "policy" rule for them but no rule when it comes to fire the employee and make it look like they did not fire the employee with compromising company "policy"

More Politics.HR care about only HOD and listen to them only, she doesn't care about what HOD is doing to People working under him.HR always busy on phone, if you go towards her for any work, she didn't listen to you.
