This is the most unprofessional company I came across with. The management changes their words frequently, and they only leave you with 2 options either you continue or you leave the organisation.

...home while they continued their operations from the company with permission. HR kept saying that you will receive your salary & after 2 months they said you haven’t worked for us why are you asking for salary. They changed my reporting place without mentioning on the offer letter & didn’t have any travel allowance too. They hired me for Customer Support & then asked me to do Digital marketing & Sales for them & then to manufacturing unit. They said that I will get incentives too but giving multimillionaire sales they don’t gave me single Rupee as incentive. I had to isolate due to Covid, after taking permission from my reporting manager I quarantined. Then after my isolation they said we can’t continue with you because you got quarantined. They didn’t deposited my Provident Fund after deducting from my salary. Then after complaints they started depositing it. Just seems like I worked for a shop not a company. Management & Admin changes their words on your face. They stop answering your calls & never respond to email. I wasted my 6 months without learning a good thing.

Nothing to like about the company. Few people working there in the team are fine rest the management is horrible.

...mployee motivated towards work. Overall not at all a professional place to work. If you just want go get your salary join then but don't expect any growth appreciation or peace in return.

Guys be aware of this fraud company who will hire you as freelancers and will never pay you. Initially they will ask for 40-50 designs per month and later they will say that they want 40-50 designs should’ve been produced within the same month and then they will never pay you and keep your designs. We spent 3-4K in travelling to this shit company and have put so much time n effort but everything was a waste of time. Also Google about their owner, all of them are going through various fraud cases earlier.

Poor management, They abruptly terminate employment without discussion and refuse to pay salary; is there anyone there who can intervene and resolve this issue?

Only the Owner seems dedicated, remains available 24x7 but he operated from Canada.

...tive feedback on Ambition box. There's nothing good about them. No job security. They don't even mention Payroll cycle or salary date on offer letter. No fixed salary date is there. They fire anyone anytime without any reason. Moreover, whenever a senior is hired his/her offer is undersigned by GM otherwise for lower positions the offer letters are signed by recruiters, those who are not authorised signatory.
