Salary is late, sometimes deducted unnecessarily HR Department never thinks of employees working environment as they are always busy in hiring if they focus on working environment people will stay and grow with organization. Long working hours 9.30 hours No canteen facility.

...in your carrier please think 10 times before joining, During probation 2 month. Notice They will provide you chrome book and will sign a agreement with you and that chrome book is of no use if a person is coming from a good company or after long experience Senior management is having trust issue that’s why they doesn’t trust any one that’s why have all the proofs before leaving the company just like I do Some employees are working since more than 2 years and the management if in a mood hold there salary if they have not submitted there documents after 2 or more years They are asking for original documents photos same has been taken from me as well. And they will create a issue by not approving the documents even when your document is right In sales team they are asking for wifi speed in house, they are forcing them to install wifi at home, and why is that I don’t know if the person is coming office for duty why u need him to stall wifi at home. It’s not compulsory until and unless you are not doing work from home Moral of the story is there is nothing to learn and no growth.

First of all a professional employee do not join this company and those who lack confodence and are sure that they will not get job in a good company, are working with this company for 7-15 years by starting salary of Rs.1,500. This companies gives Manager designation tho Donkeys who are Management's fake praisers. The Management of this company is so kanjoos that they do not spend a single rupee for the welfare & interest of employees. Very fake, fraud, liar management team who is the perfect example of blood sucking insects on earth. A professional person is selected, do not stay in this company for more than 4-6 months or maximum 9 months. All donkeys working at the salary of security guards ans housekeepers are surviving for more than 10 years. Is company mein kaam karne aur exploit hine se acchha ghar mein free baith jao. Agar apni personal aur official life mentally, physocally disturb karni hai to join Rhydburg. 5 days week ke chakkar meon Management professional logon ko trap karti hai. There is no facility of Office Boy, Not healthy environment, poor premises, low annual turnover, every week 2-3 employees resign, they are happy filing legal cases agaibst employees who leave without notice period and recover fake amount of Chromebook laptop which is forcobly imposed on new joiners on the very first day of job. All Directors are over confident, bad mannered, have lack of basic ettiquettes, just know english language but have no professional ethics. They deduct half day salaries for 1 minute late attendance of employees, very cruel, inhumane management, no future of any professional employee in this company. Dont waste life.

There is not a single thing to like in this company. Total fraud, waatage of time, energy & life working in this company.

They had a great work culture, managing all things of documentation online, making WFH convenient. Staff is cooperative, help in learning and growth.

Dislikes

Though salary come on time, but the only issue i find is low salary grade as compare to work done by employee's. No lunch break time is provided in WFH with working hours more than 9 hours.
