Company benefits , the Joining Salary (if one negotiate properly), time to time various training session on new technology, skill, company policy , process are good.

Dislikes

HR ( new name Talent acquisition) has no impartial and honest assessment on employees... Both of them (Kolkata office) are busy in Women Empowering scheme (Female gossips), Patronizing Top Bosses , only consider the matter of their Close association. The lady currently Head of Export and Domestic operations (Kolkata) She knows nothing about Export business. She loves PNPC in office rather than working. Due to her Nepotism work culture almost finished after her come back in 2021. She created history in RHI India by destroying all DATA once she left with her "Favourite Boss". This lady and HR closely associated and they adopted retrenchment policy with false alligation against those "Who are not their Association member".

Likes

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global clients base. On site travel is completely dependent on your project and client's location. My is a India based clients and they have offices in Mumbai. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural background, and We work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow.

Likes

The behavior of RHI employees is very bad towards contracted helpers and technicians won't give salary and PPE time to time.

Dislikes

They won't pay us good enough and about overtime they are very strict they asks us if you wanna do then do or else leave the company.
