Only MD have rights to take decision. No leave policy. Greatest shock: if u r doing same work throughout year and going to continue same in next year also, so no increment up to 5 years. Thought of management: India is highly populated area, We can hire other one if u dont like policy.

Worst higher management. 9. Treated with Employee like a slave 10. False show-off as if they are have lots off job. 11. Dark patch of anyone's career.
