Except food nothing is Good

...ho stands out as reasonable and competent; the company owes its survival to him. Don't expect any salary increases after joining. You might start with a decent salary, but the work culture quickly becomes unbearable. If you have experience, avoid this place to save yourself from the mental strain. The CEO is a narcissist who expects employees to work on weekends and night shifts according to his unpredictable demands.

Salary can be a bit higher than what they pay. Saturdays are working for the recruitment team even though company is 5 days working same as other MNC.

Dislikes

Work culture is not good maximum employee who was old employee they are doing politics here and you can’t learn any things or you can’t develop your skills also company CEO is not professional always doing unwanted things in company culture

Work environment, there is a new stage called as Implementation team.. Juniors or college freshers give task to developers and connect with client also without having good knowledge about how much time or how much effort would be required. Then they sit on developers head to finish the task quickly for this they are paid.
