3.worst departments are materials and finance they really sucks ,ministry of fertilizers and chemicals should concentrate
4. fight between NFL & EIL at top positions making company less profitable, its like game of power
Recently it rolled out PRP. It applied it for the year 2023-2024. But it generously neglected the person who contributed but resigned from company.
But other companies even give the PRP to the resigned employees.
So you can see, how it treats it's current and resigned employees.
The HR people at RFCL don't know about statutory Laws. They don't even know that Gratuity Act is a law. They won't give you gratuity amount as per law. You have to complain at CEO level to get the amount.
A complete ahit of a company.
If you think it's a lie. Just work there and then you will know it very well.

There is a good working culture. Because it's a new urea production plant its capacity 3850 Mt per day. Working like as a team work here is not a huge staff so everyone involve any job to learn your skill and learn also every equipments.
Here is a weather problem because very hot weather in summer season almost 3-4 month.so that is a disadvantage for North Indian people.otherwise all is good.

Every organization is having some positive sides as well as some negative sides. RFCL has recently declared its SCOD and its industry site & also township areas are getting developed step by step. As a positive side we can point out like basic necessity is available near areas, hyderabad is near by, bank, ATM, Post office is inside township etc. As a working culture it is setting its standard & still some policy are to be implemented. Overall its a good upcoming plant.
