Salary, hike and bonus. We will get work life balance. We have wonderful team which support each and every. Very friendly managers. Only drawback is nightshifts. Apart from that RF is a wonderful company.

Poor management, no job security, no recognition even if you work hard, low salary compared to industry, no big hikes, standards of informal workplace is very low.

There is not even a single point to be shared as a positive thing about the company except for the remuneration package when they hire.

This is a worst place for anybody to set their career. No job security. employees are being fired for no reason, the management does not possess proper management skills, nor practice professionalism at workplace. they retaliate people and fire them then and there to meet targets.

Good place to work. No strict timgs. The office premises layout was like a corporate, was allowed to speak all in the meetings. Team mates were much supportive and friendly.

Less Job security, there must be an interaction with the higher level on performance discussion
