I have never seen a management like this , They hire for HR and treat them as a Housekeeping person , they ask HR to act as housekeeping person and ask to do all the Admin work. nothing to learn from this company. Worst Management and worst culture .

It is SAAS based company, we can see how our product is affecting clients.

I have worked in Chennai office of Rezolve.ai. Very toxic work culture, senior will not support you. Management doesn't care about employees they treat like asset. People used to in stress till 10PM then also your team lead use to abuse if work will not be completed on time. This company has very terrific politics inside.

Un supportive senier they took easy work to themselves and give you harder one. And there is no any structure traning for new employee . Senior are supporting local people . It is strongly my suggestion North part of Indian people are don't join Chennai office.
