Lots of thing to share but we know they will ask glass-door to remove negative salary. HR doing good job there; Special mention- No TA 1. Pathetic work culture 2. No carrier growth 3. Their competitions already have a great product compare to rezo. No Scope of the product. 4. Team bonding or employee engagement is just booz. No activity no social gathering within a team 5. Managements and leaders are completely worst. No idea how to lead from front and run the business There are lots. Last one- a LALA company/ Boogers, who play with employee’s career. So be proactive before joining them.

Most unstable Indian organization , can hire and fire anytime. If you wish to destroy your career then go ahead and join the organization. It’s a pure Lala company. The management won’t care to listen your concerns and if you try to report something wrong then they will play politics. Regarding work timings: even if you get stuck in traffic the manager will start shouting and ask to apply for half day leave. The VP is not respectful towards women’s too , lots of biasing within the team. Worst company for any project manager.

This company and their management including ceo all are pathetic !! Please don’t join you will regret. They have really toxic environment, no work life balance, no learning, no growth, bad or no appraisals and the list goes on.

Excessively toxic manager like Rashi can tell you to "GET OUT" in front of collegaues and can put you into PIP just because you missed a deadline. But its great considering an Indian Startup, I mean what more u can expect. Work life balance, these three words tgey removed from their dictionary. Oh sorry another word like flexibility. In the name of stress relieving, they just arrange skme yoga classes and to compensate that time, force employees tk work for more 2 hours after office timing.
