...a company. Very horrible. Owner don't want to pay salaries so he plays tricks. They will cut salary either by virtu of their targets or by tracker. They should shut down thus shop. Join only if you are jobless.

... is the worst company I had experienced. Employees are not treated with respect. In this employee don't get fixed salary properly, their is no job security, Very very Bad work culture, Management is worst, Company policies is 420. Moto of company "How much sales you will give that much of salary they give". While before joining the company they will tell as fixed salary some 20000 but after one month they will be considering on target based. Eg: January month sales is 45% from your salary they will give 45% only

Don't give any security cheque before joining. General manager is C___IA. They are not legitimate. Basically an 840 company. I strongly recommend don't join.

They wants to work free for them, there is no values of words which they said during the joining of job. They just put a senior on your head who are lesser intelligent and work aquisite than you and trying to bullying every time. They even not bothered about increase the business in your area although they trying to pull your leg if you want to do better for the company.

Any request for sample or brochures or price approval happens in no time. Having a small team gets u access to the decision making authority directly. Wide domain of architectural and high quality products.

Having restarted the sales n marketing operations we are yet to have a strong foothold in Chennai. Though the products are from 2009 n 2014, the WPC range is not popular in influencer segment in Tamilnadu
