Dislikes

Very low salary, promotions takes 6-7 years even for beginner level. Promotion is also dry promotion with just regular increment. Very high attrition rate. Salary very low acording to industry standards. This is a seperate leagal entity. Ie all HR related decisions happens in this plant rather than corporate.

You will end up learning things on your own because things are not taught to you. There is job security if you are able to endure the astronomical expectations from the management. Cab facility Breakfast & Lunch Bosch employee tag can be showed to the outside world

Got opportunity to visit various locations, managers from lead plant are very encouraging, recognized the efforts and work. Provided challenging opportunities. If you please your local boss growth is fast

Dislikes

At Bangalore location, no transparency, corruption , not a place for hard working, sincere, qualified, knowledgeable people. Lot of leg pulling.
