Nothing to like about the company. management is very bad and HR department is indecent with fake promises to employees. Director of the company is very abusive and never appreciates employees hard work. Bus provided by company is pathetic like management..bus stinks badly and most of the employees have to stand and go to work because there are no seats to sit.

Dislikes

No phone allowed in company and no food also allowed in office hours. Picnic provided by company but they deduct from salary of the employee..festive leaves are deducted from employee salary. Begger company.no salary increment..all the money is being used in directors wife makeup and clothes.

I shifted to Mumbai for my 6 months internship with Rexnord Electronics & Controls Ltd and company has helped me find an accommodation and they make sure of the safety. Company provided free lunch and travel by bus. I joined as an intern and got lot many things to learn from here. Now i got permanent on the roll of company in their R&D team. I wish to learn and grow with this company. Even i got an appraisal within 3 months after getting permanent.

Good company to work and joining process was done smoothly by the HR with all their support to employees. Management is good and supportive. Team members are helpful and polite. All the festival are celebrated with full entertainment and all this happens because management and HR puts all the efforts to keep the employees happy. I wish rexnord all the best in the coming years

I was hired as an Intern for 6 months and now i completed 6 months and working as a permanent team member in their R&D department. Company has helped me find an accommodation in Mumbai and. Food and Travel is provided by the company. I got an opportunity to learn many things and wish to continue learning more things. I wish company all the success.
