Toxic work environment High work pressure You will be treated exactly like a slave No salary hike or promotion Complete office politics Every 2 months they will layoff peoples in the name of buisness restructuring If you are away for 10 min from your laptop you will marked as absent. No leaves will be granted when you need it the most You need to extend your work timings (no time limit or no additional payment) To make it simple please be unemployed rather joining here and loosing yourself.

DO NOT join this company. They will make you work overtime, overburden you with tasks and will expect everything to be completed within 8 - 9 hours. There are no allowances and no overtime pay, and they lay off employees every 3-4 months, citing poor financial conditions and their inability to raise funding. This has been an ongoing pattern: they hire when order volumes are high and then let go of employees after 4 to 5 months. There is no career growth, even though it's a startup. Appraisals and increments are only annual, and the pay is low for the amount of work required .
