1.If we resigned means we wont get the salary in notice period and this they wont inform to the employees at the time of recruitment... 2.We need to do more follows for our salary after resignation. 3.My last working day is 30.04.2023 and i got salary on 07.06.2023 after more followups. 4.That was a very bad experience in this company... 5.They are not thinking about the employee how can run the family without salary...

Working in Rexel is very comfortable...Working culture is very friendly and flexible.... Co-operative peoples, Helping Nature, Work Flexibility, Flexible Timings...

Dislike is only that there is very partiality in the consideration of appraisal and also salary hike is very low...starting is Third Party Payroll.

Friendly environment. The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I m a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a strong client base. As a result, I get to coordinate n interact with various customers which helps to improve or enhance my communication skills. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, we work happily in collaboration. All over good platform to work and enhance ur abilities.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high.managers do not value an individuals unique strength, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times.

I have worked for 9 months in the company and from there promoted to parent company SE. Learning from Rexel took me to new heights. People are good and supportive. Seniors are good and supportive they listen to your thoughts and discuss. My experience with Rexel was good.

They can make it hybrid for people . Who is having desk job.

the good rating on the ambition box is manipulated and forced. The company is full of politics. Managers feel insecure and play favorites. I have seen employees getting the award for best employee for the year and put on PIP the very next year. From Job security point of view, Worst. Best for politics.
