Very bad work enviroment and culture. Company policies are very bad.appraisals are not fair and give very low hike and bonus.

...rking with the organisation, all the staff was super friendly and very helpfull. But carrier growth and salary was little bit low. Very good work environment and over-all very good place for starting your carrier.

If any one dont get job or dont have way left then only join this company. Purely sethiya company where chairman believes that without Rextone nobody will survive on this eaeth. You will never get job satisfaction and job security. There is no any motivational factors.

One of the worst company for sales and marketing. There are no professionalism in any department. Zero knowledge in sales and marketing strategy. No development, gives only false commitment. Nothing to learn from them but need to provide training to each and every employee about there work responsibility.
