...ending my money to travel to office and back to home but doesn't matter to them. I thought I will get salary atleast for 1 month cause I have joined recently bt after seeing old employees for begging their salary I decided to left even they will not gonna count ur efforts nd before joining no one has told me about this policy. 1 most important thing about MD he told to everyone how can you ask for a salary without doing any work " u r like beggars". Isn't that wrong? Every employee was giving their best. After all that drama they have credited half of the half salary that to also not full. Certain points I wanted to cover:- -MD is very unprofessional, he has no manners what to talk or what to not in infront of all the staff. -No Training and without training they want uh to do sales not even single day training they have provided. -Every month they are hiring cause no wants to work there . - They wants you to do work as a charity. - No Salary , 100 times u need to ask for Salary after that also u will get half of half amount and after 10th or 11th date of month that is also not fixed.

The best part is the companies working culture, it's just amazing and flexible here they don't focus on being busy they focus on being productive. And if you have the right skill they have the opportunity for you didn't matter the work experience or degree certificates that you have.

Dislikes

Being a level 4 organisation, In the company you need to deal with everything. Which provides you a wide range of learnings.
