Horrible culture. Does not promote meritocracy, making people feel insecure and belittling at every opportunity. It is a lonely journey where everyone is trying to throw the other person under the bus. Senior management has no idea what they are doing, India CEO has no product strategy or no constructive input. Worst place I’ve worked in my career.

Hey everyone, I am writing this post because I am completely lost. I am on the hunt for a new job. I have 2.3 years of experience in customer support. I have worked at Tech Mahindra and Revolut. Sadly, I lost my job at Revolut last month as part of a layoff. The problem is that my last CTC was 553,350 LPA, and I am struggling to get anything that matches or exceeds that.
