HR department was good they do fun activities time to time. They are doing good job👍🏻

Dislikes

Work life balance i think in this company no one is thinking about their life too. Yes this opinion can be different from person to person but it's true. Problem is you come 9:30 Am but u cannot leave office 6:30 u have to submit the work which is a sign to u which is a lot even if u skip ur lunch still that work is not going to finish then u had to go home and finish it. This company is not suitable for those who are doing extra activities to improve them self(study specially).

The work culture is really good there, you can take work from home the people are friendly.

Dislikes

The politics of the company is absolutely trash. The CEO will plot to kick people out but won't say it on their faces, they will ask you to resign in a single day with a warning "resign your self or else we will terminate your job". The CTO is absolutely dumb she doesn't have any clue is going on in that company. They will never value what work you will be doing or how much you work or how good you are at work. They will choose favorites and then they will only favour them.

The worst organisation is full of third class HR no rules nothing fake rules

There is only a bettering people can work staff head take a decision HR to have no role they are only for name third-class organisations.
