New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. Company give us half salary during lock down and after open lockdown. They gives us salary according their sale graph, which is near 50 percent. And give commitment that we have extra employees. If you have not satisfy you can go.

Here is more politics by HR, production manager. And store manager, they can't allow work according to standard process. They are always trying to keep their propaganda, they don't care about quality and safe process. They always trying to keep boss happy, don't care about production team.
