Infrastructure is waste. No pantry. Canteen is separated on another floor which you need to share with other companies. Chairs are horrible. Every day you need to hunt for chair, that's your first task after reporting to office.

Overall it's a good company for freshers, not good for experience candidates, work load is always on peaks you have to work on Saturday and Sunday, even SME and Tls are working like an associate here.

Work pressure, less hike company to other MNC s, infrastructure is not at all good, you will not get anything outside the office..

The company has freedom culture to work and management always accept employee opinion in all matters.

Health insurance policy has 20% copay and will not cover 20% non-chargeable items, which should be changed. Also expecting insurance policy for parents.
