As off we know about the field of biology we are working would pay less comparative Other fields but I think now they has to change that because we can't sustain with that minimum wage they provide as we pay lac's to our education it doesn't worth

There is only one criteria that management follows to hire top ranking people like team lead or managers, that is whomsoever can come in cheaper price. So for obvious reasons, the place is crawling with egoistic maniacs who are clearly unfit for decision making positions. Manager of all the deapartments think they are the owner of the company. Your mental well being is a joke to the management as long as work is getting done. Only 8 national holidays throughout the year. Whatsoever company rules are there just applies to other employees, managers are beyond rules.
