Before joining Revamp, I was somewhat uncertain about the location, stability, culture and work-life balance. I had conducted extensive research but I wasn't fully convinced about relocating from Mumbai to Nashik, especially for a brand that was 2 years old. However, their approach was impressive and I decided to take the leap. Now, it's been 6 months and days are adding up. I find myself incredibly fortunate to be a part of such a considerate group. I've experienced a work culture which is complete opposite to typical corporate stereotypes. The sense of appreciation and empowerment from the management ensures that I never feel undervalued.

I genuinely love the founders and entire team. They are very caring and if any of the team member has any problem the entire team rallies together to come to the aid like a real family. It's a great place not only to hone your skills but also be treated with respect. Truly lucky to work in such a company.
