Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Dont know if people get compensation also growth rate is negligible.Manager is completely biased and is jealous of his co-workers who can perform better than him.Also the CEO of the company failed to complete the promised to give all the worker their diwali bonus.

Nothing to like about this company. Because old staff also not good. Everyone playing politics with each other.

Dislikes

No work life balance. Untold Overnight work and Untold traveling with dilevery the product for one day or more than two days. If someone join here he will be lost due to worst working atmosphere. Workers and engineers both should have cleaning the floor. No housekeeping here. This is very Unhygienic company. Food providing but you should clean your plates everyday and routine wise you ahould scrub the all utensils after launch. Director are very worst because he plays the politics between engineering and works. No rule and process followed by director, works, and engineers. Please don't go this organization if your going then you can't out early
