Work environment is very good. Team is very talented and working on many latest trends. People are helpful and always available for each other. Time flexibility, management is co-operative.

Internal hike and appraisals are very good but joining time salary is negotiated a lot.

Nothing a pure roadside company run by horrible vultures named Namrata Sachan and Rohit Patel.

No work life balance you have to work like a salve for 15 hrs Owner puts you PIP for useless reasons You have to attend client meeting post your log out time. Owner humilaties and verbally assaults you in meeting in front everyone Abusive work environment TL's named Surendra Patil and Rahul Sarkar don't have manners to even talk They waste 4 hrs of your time in meeting so that everyone stretches for work till late night HR is useless a puppet of the owner Even you pressurized by HR to do overtime No one is even worth calling a human here they are vultures

No work-life balance you have to work for 14+ daily Meetings are kept after log-out time so that people stretch every day They waste 3 hrs of your time in morning meets so that people do overtime and work for more than 12 hrs The owner of the company is very unprofessional he insults and abuses you in front of everyone You have to attend client meetings post-log-out time even if you are not required if you miss any of the meetings you'll fired or put on PIP. Don't join this company if you value your self-respect, mental peace, and work-life balance.

No work life balance you have to work for 12-14 daily Waste 3 hrs of your day in morning meetings so that employees don't complete their on time and strech You have to attend client calls post log out hrs failing to do so will get you termination letter Owner is very unprofessional puts on PIP for silly and useless reasons TL's and Managers are useless It's a Lala company HR is also useless they support a work environment where you should work 24/7 without having any personal life If you are seeking work life balance then better don't join this company.

Nothing is likable here. You will feel depressed all the time.

The CEO is horrible, the most arrogant, disrepectul person ever. No job security. They won't value your opinion. Just be an robot if you want to work here. Be always ready to take Insults in person and in front of whole office. You can't leave this office even if your notice period is over. They won't let you go untill they find your replacement.
