There isn't a single positive thing about this company anybody can say.

Dislikes

... no provision of Appointment letter for the employees. There is no leave policy. No National holidays (Which is illegal) No Festive holidays No Training Program for new employees No Formal Hierarchy No Formal Designations for employees No SOPs or any form of communication on what to do how to do Unreal Purchase/Sales Target No Transparency in any of the activities and decision making No Incentive/Bonus or Increment Provision Employees are fired at a moment's notice without any valid reason This review is the collective effort of employees to point the malpractices going on in the company. The owner of the company Manish Balani is a control, manipulative person lacks any integrity, work ethics and exploits his manpower for his own profit. He treats everyone as his slave and doesn't have any respect for the employees who work hard for peanuts as salary. He goes to certain lengths to make sure his employees feel unvalued, unappreciated and demotivated, moreover hurl abuses on them in open. Manish Balani has a zero business acumen and industry knowledge. He doesn't have a clue to any of the business challenges most of the time but has a big ego and mouth to blame others and play politics amongst his own company employees. He can't even write an email on his own or form a conversation with any of business clients. Manish is a dishonest and unprincipled man who can betray his most loyal employees to hide the blunders of his illogical and nonsensical decisions. No wonder not a single person has a shred of respect for this guy expect for his very personal servant Biju. Who is actually the sole reason for this company's downfall for the past year or more. Biju doesn't have any speciality expect to slander and vilify rest of the employees just to grab more power. In a nutshell, both are just steering the company towards it's end very successfully at the moment. And Biju thinks he will emerge victorious when he will get rest of old employees eliminated from the company but he is forgetting Manish is a person who burns bridges and always need someone to blame for his own wrongdoings just like in the past he did with many others. Poor Biju has no idea that Manish is already blaming and character assassinating him for all the chaos in the company and Biju's end is quite near.

... don't implement leave policy and one person decides everything as per his mood. Salary is lower as compared to other companies. There's no job security. They deduct money from employees salary for everyday refereshments.

I have nothing good to say

By far the worst and most hostile working environment I have ever worked in. Employees are treated like cheap labour. This company has no written policy. The management, a three men team the owner, his PA and sales head have no business ethics. They adhere to cheapest and lowest of business practices. The owner directly ask his old employees to train the new employees, so he can terminate the old employees. The business model is the biggest red flag. All the employees are asked to tell buyers fake names, make fake promises, sell them stocks the company doesn't have. I have lost my mental peace within first week of working there. The worst part is you are being paid even less than a peon.

This is a typical LALA company where politics reigns supreme. Unqualified people take all the credit and make all the decisions. No policy is in place. Owner is one self obsessed low-esteem person who wants to control every person irrespective of their designation. Growth is not the objective but control through manipulative tactics is. There are no clear SOPs and formal training modules. This is a Broker company that lies to all its clients. All the employees are Indian yet they operate under different American names to fool the clients. I wonder why nobody hasn't exposed this owner and his malpractices on LinkedIn yet. Owner is exploiting his manpower by making them do illegal work and it must be brought into notice of corporate community and authorities. As per purchase manager the person heading the sales is selling the deals to his clients directly from suppliers and then put the blame on other employees, but owner can't see it. I think it's good if someone is outsmarting the system for his own personal growth.

The job is not overly stressful, occasional workplace politics can arise if differing opinions are voiced. Additionally, policies are frequently updated but are not always consistently followed by management.
