As a brand or a d2c store I would suggest you to be wary and don't fall prey of this wanna be duplicate clever tap or third Xerox copy of some techno marketing SAAS , its a very fraud company where CSM Head ( call centre agent ) and the founders mislead and do all sorts of frauds with clients , once the shoplift review is given they don't show up for support CSMs get posted. Instead Hire a freelance UX designer who understand Data , Neuromarketing very well Imagine the audacity of being. a fraud they deliberated to not develop UTM enablement in order to charge clients and cheat them based on open and converted and not clicked and converted hence my call centre agent whatever Raichura couldn't handle churns Accel partners funded them and shameless founders who are deceiving shopify with fake testimonials are also making a fool of investors from Accel partners by making a 3rd world product and just another covid micro SAAS which solves the most unique problem of the world Guess " Cart abandonment" Stop deducting the stipends of Interns Founders of MSP They were trained to drama of claiming to be a SAAS and behind the back they operated like an agency, with the help of a some tier 3 content writer, ex receptionist turned into a product manager and lifebuoy seller from IIM who hypothesis that people who research before buying products online don't like discounts all boosted by steroids of My Smart Price' s accidental SEO Success Stop doing the breach into the data of the clients Don't charge and do fraud with them without UTM, Imagine the worst part Shopify must ban fraudulent companies like this who actually

Call centre se Utha kar CSM Head laaaye who doesn't understand ABC of email marketing and begs all day to clients for testimonials and has given serious instructions to her team to take testimonials and then get ghosted if the client is in need, clients laugh on such incompetient and unaware 3rd grade staff , I wonder how they get the idea of hiring a cheap call centre agent to lead success for D2C stores. Founders Sulakshan , Arpit Gupta talk in a sadak chaap manner. Some tent house guy who responsibility was to count plates Some Dickshit was hired into growth and the strategy he suggested was the same to beg clients for reviews and harass them without quality work and inefficient product which begged stores to onboard and didn't even show a single conversion for months and months I kept getting client calls for almost more than a year despite I left this fraud company who wants to be another Mo Engage or Clever Tap by from clients because of poor support by some lame CSMs who are customer care executives like this of amazon/zomato and not client success Thrice in a day these frauds talk about MSP in order to feel better and get a hope of returning access partners their due back Yeh Sun Baniye ka dimaag Sulakchhhaan " Because we are making a product base company lets stop doing all the things which agencies do " is he hallucinating does he understand that no potential client is ready to buy his idea, he came out with a miserable product to charge clients fraudulently with open and converted metric over clicked and converted and asked lame questions " Why we should include coupon codes in cart retention email" " Why we need to send order confirmation email" " Why we should make emails that land in inbox " " What's the issue if emails land in spam" Yeh NIT se alumni hai They brag product base as if they are making another Netflix or AWS I mean its buffoonery to see these IIT IIM folks to hear out in meeting with that call centre agent some Raichura girl who also plans to deceive clients by over charging them on open and converted rather than clicked and converted imagine. would not suggest you to join as an employee these galeech class founders have dedicated stipend of IIT Kanpur interns Some soap seller from IIM is trying to code and come up with a lame hypotheses that people who do research before buying don't like discounts. Sales team makes false promises to the clients and the call centre agent who is now a relative or a sycophant of founder doesn't have courage to stand Some housekeeping guy was made product operations manager by Fraud Sulakshan, this company is another level I hope they improve and stop cheating gullible clients

What I like about this company is the flexibility and the ability to promote quickly now here are a few promotions : at MSP some one who was a receptionist to office boy was made a Product Manager in Retain IQ This so that we have the surplus in the product of the IIM I Soap Seller's product When it comes to plate counting or cleaning the canteen area a Growth Product Manager from BITS Mesra who was favorite pet of Founders use to take that duty Sometimes a call centre agent who speaks poor English is made a Client Success Head because when women do such jobs the poor product which slows they can beg for sympathy easily So These are the ethos of this company which are highly laudable I am sure they will take it positively
