It's a Great place to start your career I myself had the privilege to join this organisation as my Initial Company (IT sector) as tons of Improvements can be made by an individual as an IT Professional and as a person . Seniors and Team leads are very cheerful and supportive and are always there for their team members When i started as an fresher ( IT sector) .They would remain calm when i would ask amateurish questions and doubts and always would clear the doubts to me no matter how silly it may sound The organisation as well as the employer provides with tons of support for your career growth as well as provides with Opportunities For learning a new skill or to brush up our hidden ones( Provides with Educational assistance)

Dislikes

For me personally there is not a Con for the company if i have to mention any thing that would be the "Work life balance" It was bit of a problem to me as i had to travel a lot to get to office and the same while returning to home when you product releases and other major works are there and its tiresome Lately the company has provided with accomodation Facility for the employees ,so i think my inconvenience would be soon gone
