Nothing to like here except the foosball table.

... a year back. I was working in a reputed MNC when this people reached out to me. They offered me a higher salary but when I actually joined, they reduced my package by 2 lakhs. I was working for 6 months there and once I was near the end date of my probation period, they forced me to resign and gave me just 7 days of basic salary. Please if you love your career, don't join this company.

By cancelling apprisal and reducing 20% of annual salary which will be recovered in 3-4 months. Everyone is just intrested in politics. No is really taking responsibility and accountability. Manager is just for watching your tale. No work ethic.

Management, leave policies, macro management, apprisal cycle.

Likes

Flexible timings and work culture is good. Management team and HR team is helpful and understanding. Their unlimited leave policy is good but that feeling might differ person to person because on one hand there is no limit to your leaves and on other hand there is no leave lapsing and carry forwarding leaves. WFH facility was available even before covid depending on your process. The work environment is not good but that depends on your process and team.

Dislikes

They do have appraisals yearly but due to pandemic it was significantly delayed. Actual management teams are in US and there is always a communication gap between India office and US office which sometimes causes inconveniences. The company recently merged with IRI Worldwide and after that there has been a lot of ups and downs for the company. The core management teams were dissolved, the policies are conflicting and a lot of employees are leaving. Although there are challenges for the company but once their processes and merger stabilizes, I suppose it will be a better place to work.

Working for retail solutions enables employees to interact with different sectors in the retailing environment.It could be suppliers,customers and different employees in the work place.
