... even after working 10 - 15 hours employee will not get Hike at end of the year. no culture activities, no bonus. Self learning. no facilities.

Job security, poor management they don't even know how there employees are working they will take the manger feedback just for a sake, they will come to one conclusion about every employee in a first impression, Don't talk about appraisals there will have some calculations.
