- As a Senior Software Engineer specializing in MOM (Manufacturing Operations Management) Suite, your role involves developing and implementing software solutions specifically tailored for managing and optimizing manufacturing operations

- Here are some key aspects of your role:System Analysis and Design: You analyze the manufacturing processes and requirements of the organization to determine the functionalities and features needed in the MOM Suite
- You design the software architecture and define the modules and components of the system
- Software Development: You develop and code the software modules and components of the MOM Suite
- This involves using programming languages, frameworks, and technologies relevant to the project requirements
- You write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while adhering to coding standards and best practices
- Integration and Customization: You integrate the MOM Suite with existing systems such as ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), MES (Manufacturing Execution System), SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition), or PLC (Programmable Logic Controller)
- You also customize the software to align with the specific manufacturing processes and requirements of the organization
- Database Management: You design and optimize the database structure of the MOM Suite to efficiently store and retrieve manufacturing data
- This includes defining tables, relationships, and queries necessary for data management and reporting
- Testing and Quality Assurance: You perform unit testing, integration testing, and system testing to ensure the reliability, functionality, and performance of the MOM Suite
