No Job Security. False Promises like they have multiple projects to board you in. No new projects even after high accomplishments in previous one.

...rs as mentors, for me there were flexible hours and also work from home amenity. Timely payment and appraisals with salary raise.Was a dream job for me.

There is nothing that clicks in my mind, You will be hired and deployed at a client location, and thereafter you will work as per client needs. As soon as their assignment is complete and RGP knows they will give you a call and say please consider this a formal notice and you will be released from RGP after a week when the client project / your contract is getting to end.

Dislikes

Your work on contract projects- No job security They will squeeze your time for the money they offer - No appraisal, they see you as a contract to project resource which is going to end soon. No Carrier roadmap work/plan for your development No option to get any payments if you are looking to do any certification. If clients go on some freeze / long no work like time of year-end, they will ask you to put in medical leave / personal leave to ensure no payment for those non-working days.

Flexible, Program plan was detailed to execute multiple projects delivery on-time.

There are no such regrets, may be HR was denying my Insurance payout of INR5k without consent from Medical Insurance Underwriters-Brokers.

Colleagues are very supportive. Company believes in team work and keeps a check about well being of their employees. My manager is very much balanced, she encourages me to work hard and motivates me that you're new to the organisation so give some time to yourself and you will very well settle here. I have joined this organisation during pandemic and we have WFH but my handover transition was smooth and colleagues took lot of efforts to make me comfortable with work. There's no back log of work here, working pattern is pretty systematic.
