Working atmosphere is very good The owner of resort Rio mr anup Shah very kind hearted person Very helpful They give bonus u in every annual year They never interfare between your work But the management is not good mean the management people very clever they manuplate their owners I can not wrote their name here but there are some people who are black spotted in this beautiful organisation

...r levels people There upper profile people never take care their junior staff They' increase theirs salary but not your It they did very little But the owner anup Shah very good person If anup Shah read this comments I request to mr anup Shah please do something for lower level employees ... Take some special attention in level employees

Very worst culture. More than 12 hour forcefully duty without overtime . They don't give overtime. There is a chef called Bibek Thakur he is uneducated. He is not even 2nd class pass. Fully worst person. If you are educated please don't try to go there for job. There is nothing to learn and growth

Job security. If the the sales person is so honest towards his work. He must be entitled with good remuneration and job security for long terms . I have got worst experience from this organization during pandemic towards social support and normal support.

Resort Rio is the good property but management and manger level staff is not good specially service department mr.mukesk pandey . Have bad manerrs and he is uneducated person . And he is unskilled . High level politics with staff g.m is not well there. He is showup person. I have the very bed work experience there becouse of politics to high . . But property is nice . Like mr. Satyam is the nice person . He is JMD oh this property .

Bad management . And disqualified guys there. Mangers and g.m person used the abuse words always . And not well manners mr. Mukesh is the bed and unskilled person he is big politics guy. Growth is very slow . No permotion not well salery Packge according to industry low becouse g.m is not want the best salery provide .

There us no Job Security.. No proper management.. all politics and Governed by Owners.. too much partiality I would suggest no body to join there..
