...ility to get better option already left the place. Now center wise it's running. Some centers making profit, there people are getting some salary.

Needs a good leader who can bring back it's glory in kota but that's easier said than done.

...d recommend not to join. Company is not paying the salaries since April 2020. They had fired many people without any reason , major salary cut down, not providing documents to candidates so that people can join at other places. Earlier culture was best but from 2020 it’s pathetic.

Salary delay, no promotions, they will remove people from job without notice period and no final settlement. If you leave after giving notice period say bye bye to 2-3 months of salary

- below average salary - 0.01% chance of getting a promotion - best salaries and promotion are given to family and friends of the owner, like the HR head is the brother-in-law of the owner but lacks speaking skills - environment turns highly toxic if the head of the department hates you or dislikes your talent
