Marathi culture dominance, they like to make fun of interns and not teach them or assign work, they waste your time. People are rude and they make your overwork, there is no sync between departments which leads to changes at every given moment and they don’t pay you for overtime as well. Almost everyday employees have to stay back and work in night shifts, even on sundays

People at higher level are very unprofessional ,they come after lunch and expect employees to stay late even if there is no work. Very Important, they fired around 10 employees without any prior notice only there friends and relatives are permanent employ their or who can be their keep
