Salary Deduction for things not mentioned in policies. 2.Long working hours. 9.5 hours daily and reports every EOD with numbers. 3.Expectations to work on weekends, and also ask for results on Monday Morning. 4. Expectations to find 5 profiles daily for job openings. 5. Want you to work on Sunday if not able to achieve target 6. Yell at you for mistakes not ours, but client or candidates. 7. Treat Employees like their own property

...ring, but i learnt this here and closed positions which give loads of happiness. Salary is always given on time. colleague working here are very good in coaching, helping and connecting.

...s. Transportation service is not there, Laptops/Mobile should be given to all. Salary is also not proper and should be increased. Team gets changed without prior information

The company is not at all professional. The salary which they offer is nothing as compared to the work. Worst place to work The boss will shout at everyone with very bad language.

I wish I could write something I like, just my co colleagues I like. Bringing to your attention, 10 years company and yet roughly only 20 employees. On website you'll be shown 500+, so don't be confused. Attrition rate is way high, because . . . Job security? You can be kicked off anytime in an unofficial manner. Work culture? They call it open, but god damn someone needs to tell them what an open culture is. Management? Two faced, plus they ofcourse made there employees write good on Google reviews and here. Company policies? I'll take a moment of silence here. Goodies packed in a box. After a while like 2 or 3 months of time, you'll know where you stand.

...h on it. 5) Poor strategic management. 6) 10 employees, 10 different rules. 7) High demand of responsibilities, ground level salary.
