Everything is dislike management is worst, the way management talk while the interview is turned into dead opposite after employees joined. Worst work culture, there is no good environment or no basic friendliness towards employees. Everything is only work even you are on bed of death you need work and die.

All dislikes management not good always blaming the employee management doesn't know how treat the employee if your leave the company they won't give the proper answer and they won't release and if not they do some pressure won't release properly

If you have no previous working experience it will be good for you to work here and if you have some good experience in accounting/compliances/payroll, its better for you not to join this company unless you have no other choice.

Dislikes

Poor infrastructure. They don't even provide you a proper desktop/laptop. Even after making multiple requests to provide a proper desktop/laptop, they won't care to do. They don't care about the time you leave the office but they want you to be in office at 9:00 am and if you leave the office at normal hours it will become another issue. No senior managers to guide the staff. There is no proper HR policy and the way the employees are being treated is absurd. When you have decided to move on, they won't appoint anyone as your replacement even during the 2 months of notice period and they will try to force you to extend your notice period.

I started my career with Resolve as an Associate Accountant and was keen to build my career in Payroll. I was encouraged by Management to look at payroll from a process, technology, compliance, team coordination and customer management. Over the years, I ended up heading entire payroll operations with enormous freedom.
