Very chip company , senior are behaving with front liner managers like tsi so , you can't use your own car , daily allowance is 315.00 only for manager

The company is always with me specially by senior manger,salary is average but of my point of view appraisal is good, fully working environmented people. Training programme is good for me & specially annual meet which is organised in goa it's a average. But overall company is better than my old working experiences. No politics is here, so it's good for your health & mind.

Dislikes

They are always pressurise per day sell, not only month target, GPS tracking system it's very unhuman process i think, and level 20 senior's are not always stand for you. Your binding is you are alone to work but sale pressure is always given by your level 20 senior. I fully disappaointing with my level 20 senior, but our level 30 senior is always helpfull and he is always teacher for me.
