They are hiring freshers and simply ask them to work for their need. Frankly speaking after one year 1K only appraisal. Weekly 6 days we have to there. Manager even don't know what to do only mouth.

Low cast accommodation (rs 20 /month)

Dislikes

The management is very poor. 12-14 hours work daily in project with out any kind of facilities (no extra live, no over time). Office politics are the worst. Senior are trying to use there juniors like slave. Working with out any planning. No working planning with juniors. Environmental are very bad. No incriminate or insensitive on projects junior engineer.
