... get leaves. All of sudden HR has removed all leaves for employees on probation. Moreover, they are imposing pay cut if you dont complete 9 hours in office! In an era of hybrid work culture, they are actually moving towards dark ages. New joiners are not respected and HR gets involved in playing dirty games. There is no job security. Favoritism is at its peak. All business guys are making money and freshers like us grind themselves but dont get leaves even. Toxic work culture is promoted by HR. They have made it mandatory for employees to write review on ambitionbox and share the screenshot with HR team. Ambitionbox should investigate the rise in ratings in last 4-5 days.

There is nothing to be liked here. My salary of June to September is not paid yet. We shown false growth of 2000 crores to investors and market and now we are going ahead with the fraud by showing fake invoices. Founders and senior management are deeply involved in showing fake revenue by invoicing. They have hired an external agency who could do fake billing. The fortunes are made by the founders and their one downs are in tune of crores.

Dislikes

Despite of being an honest employee since 2021, they haven't paid variable pay for FY 22-23and they are asking people to resign. They have not paid full and final settlements since May'23 month.

- Salary is not paid on time. Since last two month salary is paid after 10th. - Management is arrogant. If you ask questions on salary, bonus CEO gets angry and your days in company are numbered. - Field level employees are targeted. Management never blames P&L owners for the loss or fraud. Each VP is enjoying their time of life seating in AC office of Banglore. - VP feeds false and fabricated info to CEO. She always get away from responsibilities by passing the buck to the other team. - They are firing people who have joined in last two months. - No funding so do not join here. - Investors should check personal bank accounts of business heads and PL owners including their families to know the money siphoned.

- Salary and reimbursement doesn't happen on time.Since last 4 months the salary has not been paid on time. We never know when the company will be closed. - Favouritism. New department head favors her own people in terms of hiring and salary hike. - joined here despite of having bad interview experience with head-hr. - Working hours are not fixed. Sometimes we work 20 hrs a day. No personal time left. - Founders are arrogent. They don't value the experience of talented employees in org. They get involved in unethical practices which has lead to the funding problem for the next round. I would advice aspirants to avoid joining this company.

... to utilize resources. Randomly hire people and after some time tell them to go. It's very sad to see that they feel that if u pay salries than the resources are bonded labour force to do menial jobs. HR is...leave It's not worth discussing.
