They terminate me due to covid19 that was very unfair for me..I also requested them plz don't terminate me I know there is an pandemic situation and you will not be able for pay the salary to your employees..I don't need salary I can work with you without salary..when you come in normal situation then you can pay my salary for my work otherwise you don't need to pay me anything..but they replied me that we are sorry we are helpless...😥😥

Mostly all the Hod ,manager ,supervisor teamleader ,senior team member good but those who working 1, 2 years old colleagues are act like teamleader

Salry package is too less need to improved due to less package employes every month changing job n leaving this company

Company terminate employees before telling them or informing. Company keep that employee who takes lots of leave, company keep employees who left them where company chose them over loyal employees and company help them who not giving performance and still working like freshers. These are the reasons for disliking.

The good thing about RDM is they provide pickup and drop from your homes nearby location and they provide good quality food.

As i work in FDF( Fares Division Fares) department so i can say only about RDM's FDF department... Worst department, Mannerless and uneducated supervisor's and Asst. Manager and Manager. No manners of talking. No respect for female employees. Worst management. No increament from approx 2 years.very low pay scale for graduates. This is my first job and worst experience here. If you wanna suffer and want some shit in your life. Kindly join FDF department here in RDM.

The way this organization has supported us or me in lockdown of pandemic there is no damn point to criticize this organization i always love this company and respect too.
