Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

I left the company on 31 st jan 2020. As per company norms they said that they will clear all my dues by 90 days. It already more than 120 days they haven't clear my dues moreover they are saying they need more two month.. I have a doubt weather they will do the full and final settlement or not.

Dislikes

Manager play lots of politics and no neutral judgement is made. Salary is too low.

...every thing is mentioned in offer letter like Accidental Insurance, PF, ESI etc. but the they didn't provide anything after the deduction from salary.

Dislikes

There is lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues.Due to pandemic situation they are not disburse(from April 2020] the salary..there is no career growth.They are not issues salary slip, appointment letter and even didn't open our PF account (but every month deducted from our salary).

RBM was Good..they are verry Helpfull and MD was Pricely Outstanding and verry helpfull and Admin Head also a good behaviour and verry Helpfull
