Teammates is Good, training is good, job security is ok, no career growth, salary is not good, politics have so much, working environment is ok, work and life is not balancing

Dislikes

My teammates is good but not supporting and so many thing that's why I can feel it's not a team because in my team team work is not there, and 2nd thing company said first 3 month of training period there is no salary diduction but they are diducting so much which is also not in company policy, politics is also there. They also said working days is Monday to Friday according to the company rule but I worked monday to Saturday and real time is 9 am to 6: 30 PM but I worked 9am to 9 Pm, if you have any health issues but you have to work hardly which is really a part Diprassion of my side .

Likes

The work culture is good but very bad when it comes to employee satisfaction. . Still the senior authorities like CEO, CBO, CMO are very good, highly experienced and supportive .. Was very satisfied with the support by them but when it comes to HR policies they are terrible

Dislikes

The worst thing is team management.. And off course incentive plans, compare to other sales organisations the rules are very unfair .. For small reasons your incentives will stuck and the Hr policies are just in favor of company and not for employees, when I joined organization the employee strength was about 70-90 now it is around 30-40. Many people left because of the pathetic rules from HR. So simple like everyone comes to sales because of Money factor and if you don't provide it to them then no one will prefer you.
