The team is amazing. There is a learning culture in the organisation. The salary is good and no micromanagement. It's an amazing organisation to be associated with :) .

I am a little worried about job security but thats a concern with every private organisation. I just focus on adding value every day and do all that is in my hands :)

It is a small comoany, so if your maager isngood and if the projects theybring are.exiting, it is a good learning experiance.

Dislikes

They do not treat people well especially interns. If you are a fresh garaduate ans for skw reason after a break u join as an intern they will make sure, u loose all your confidence. All managers are for skmw reason competitive and i dint know who started this. But they compete kn treating thier suborjnates badly and keep complaining about other team treating interns badly.
